What are filled dates?
Filled dates are whole Deglet Nour dates filled with carefully selected ingredients such as nut butters, nuts, chocolate, honey and fruit. Each date is prepared by hand in small batches.
Where are Fissa Fissa dates made?
Our filled dates are handmade in small batches in the UK.
Why the name Fissa Fissa?
In Tunisian Arabic, Fissa Fissa means "quickly, quickly". It's a phrase that captures the energy and spirit behind the brand.
Will you be adding new flavours?
Yes. We're always developing new flavours and seasonal selections, so there's more to come.

What are Fissa Fissa dates made from?
Our filled dates are made with Deglet Nour dates and carefully selected natural ingredients. Each flavour has its own ingredient list, which you can find on the relevant product page.
Do your dates contain refined sugar?
No. We don't use refined sugar in our filled dates. The sweetness comes naturally from the dates and ingredients such as honey where used.
Do your dates contain nuts?
Yes. All of our current filled date flavours contain nuts, so they are not suitable for anyone with a nut allergy. Please always check the individual product's allergen information before ordering.
Are Fissa Fissa dates suitable for vegetarians?
Yes, our current filled date collections are suitable for vegetarians.
Are Fissa Fissa dates Halal?
Our ingredients are Halal.
